Mrs. Jennie Lue Peters was born January 12,1923 in Monroe Georgia to the late Archer Wright and the late Mrs. Jannie Wright Carter. She departed this life on August 11, 2021. She was preceded death by her parents and brother-Mr. Jerry Louis Wright Sr. Jennie attended Walton County school system and then went on and worked for one loving family for many years as a housekeeper.
Jennie was well loved by her Monroe community. She had a heart of gold; her doors were always open to anyone that may have needed help. If she had it, it was yours. Jennie loved the Lord, and was a member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church-Social Circle, Georgia under the leadership of Reverend Soul. In 1950 Jennie married the love of her life Tommie Lee Peter. She was a loving, caring, and wonderful wife until his untimely death in 2007.
Jennie leaves to cherish her memories one special sister Azzie Culbreth (Detroit) 4 nieces, Mrs. Sarah Hamilton Lews (Conn), Mrs. Annie Ruth Wilson (Detroit), Gertha Davis (Harold) (Augusta) Betty Worthen (Ohio), Jacquelyn Scott (Gregory) (Atlanta), Alice Fields (a devoted housekeeper for over 10 years), and a host of Great nieces and nephews and friends.
