Wilburn Taylor English, son of the late Geraldine Sheats English and Wilburn Berry was born on May 23,1997 in Monroe Ga,. At a young age he moved to Athens Ga. DUGGIE was what his family and friends called him and boy didn’t we love him. ”Duggie” loved life and didn’t let his disability hinder him from anything he wanted to do. He was very passionate; never met a stranger; and loved his family. Duggie can best be desribed as “the life of the party”; he loved getting everyone together for a good time and entertaining the crowd with his funny jokes. In his spare time Duggie loved playing video games, cards, and hanging out with his friends. He also loved to play basketball with his nephews. There was never a dull moment with Duggie; he kept a smile on everyone’s face whom he encountered. He was a loving fiancé, brother,uncle,nephew, cousin, and friend and he will be truly missed. Wilburn was preceded in death by his Parents and Grandparents Emory Sheats and Endell Bailey Sheats.
